If you plan for most everything else in your life to stay the same the next 2 years, I'd skip the theft and loss package.

Now if you have planed an out of the country trip to somewhere you've never gone, expect to move to a new city/town, or are looking to find a new job and potentially more risky job, theft and loss has a better chance of being more useful to you.
