Hello, I recently switched to an iPhone 14 pro max and every couple of days / weeks my data stops working and gives me no internet. When it happens, the 4G/5G is still there but I have no internet.

The only way around it I found was restarting the phone when it happens. I never had this issue with my previous iPhone, at least nowhere near this often. Any idea what could be the cause and what I could do to prevent it?

Contact your carrier, see if there’s an issue on their end.

They say everything is fine on their end. I asked multiple times. A few people on Reddit and Apple forums seem to be having this issue though.

Do you have a service plan that only includes a certain amount of high-speed data? If so, then it’s an issue with your carrier. When I was using straight talk, I would have the same issue.

I do not. I have a fixed amount of data I never reach.

I have this same problem with my 14 Pro and other people here have posted about it too. Data will be working fine and all of a sudden it will just stop randomly. Like you said, it happens every couple of weeks and restarting the phone is the only solution. I went into my cellular settings and set it to LTE only and it seems to be ok since then. The weird thing is my friend has the exact same phone on the same carrier (Verizon) and he never has had this problem.

Strange that your friend doesn’t have this issue. But I doubt it’s a phone problem. I will try swapping to LTE only as well, annoys me having to that but well..
