Awesome, preciate it. I use my shared folder to store/free space from my phone as well, but all of the files have the generic IMG__(insert numbers here) titles. So, it’d be tough to keep track of what’s deleted, etc. otherwise.
Correct. If you change a file in the shared folder in any form on your computer, this change will be reflected on your iPhone and vice versa it works the same way.

That’s how it should work - yes. Anyone who has access to the shared folder should receive the changes of deleted, renamed, changed or new files.
