At least, this is the info I was provided a couple of years ago. I would highly recommend to contact Apple Support on clarifying.

Update: I checked Support app, which has my phone and AC+ data in, and it’s quoting me 29 eur display repair and explicitly mentions: ‘Find a Genius Bar or Apple Authorized service provider near you.’
