When I copy a link it turns it into random letters and numbers like this En8gUl8vs4 etc anyone know how to fix it?

No there is no link it changed the link purely into random letters and numbers in any app I try to paste it into

Again, need more context. Where are you obtaining said link from? Does this happen with all links in all apps?

Can you show an example? Just copy a random link from a random site like Apple or something and paste what you get.

Gonna need more context here.
That said, a lot of links in emails have a bunch of extra stuff at the end that lets the site in question know how the link was obtained, i.e. email campaign or other. Are you sure you’re not just seeing that bit at the end, and if you scroll to the left you’ll see the actual url?
Try pasting it into your notes app and see what appears.
