Left my phone on charge and when I unplugged it it turned out like this. Nothing I've tried has fixed it. Is it just my screen that's broken or do I need a whole new phone? Thanks for the help!

If you dropped it recently or gotten liquid in it, usually screens mess up because of the iOS or apps creating a glitch. Try a hard reset or maybe plug it back in and see what happens.

Looks like the 13 series, idk of any service repair programs relating to the display for this phone so I hope you’re still within the 1 year warranty/have applecare.
