My only other suggestion is to go into keyboard > keyboards > and see what keyboards are selected. I disabled "Apple keyboard" which vastly reduced bad autocorrect and only have oxford keyboard and oxford thesaurus selected. I don't recall seeing contacts in keyboard suggestions so maybe it's app dependent or I just have something set differently?

Still didn't work but an idea I had was add a third party keyboard after your suggestion, so I'm trying out swift key right now lol. At least they don't suggest my contacts for auto correct. Might try g board too and see which I prefer for swyping.
