Does it work with hey siri enabled? Does it drain additional battery?

I have a Iphone 14 Pro Max and Hey Siri works while this is enabled. Apple probably only allows both to work simultaneously when you have the latest pro model version. They probably state that other models don't have enough AI processing power. :-)
