This was, quite literally, the final nail in the coffin for us. After 8 years of non-stop construction around us while living at The ArtHouse, this project (on top of the proposed lease renewal hike) pushed us into moving out.

Overlooking a shopping center is kind of like open space. Until the towers go up.
