I work at a large company based in Jersey City and according to the ordinance passed last year they are supposed to be posting salary ranges with advertisements for open jobs. Who would I be able to contact to get them to start following the new law? None of the openings are posted with information on salary and I'm a big supporter of salary transparency.

Did this pass specifically in JC? I know its happening in NYC but didn’t think it made its way to NJ yet. I know it hasn’t at the state level.
