Hi! Thanks for the information and I hope they can fill it soon.
May I ask if you attempted to find a new tenant on your own and they allowed you to do it? For example, recommending a friend or someone from online who has good credit to Newport management.

I think legally they have to offer it to the public for non-discriminatory reasons. But, if I give them someone's info straight away, I don't see why they wouldn't at least consider them and let them apply.
