Hey so couple of things:
If you drive to the game you need to buy a parking pass in advance and I would go early as it does get crowded fast with tailgaters and exiting after is a fun game of Mario kart
Uber would be convenient but depending on from where yea it would be expensive and after the game good luck getting one to get out
Not sure much about the bus
For train there is a transfer at Secaucus junction that goes straight to the stadium takes roughly 20-25 min and leaves roughly every 15-20. Wait after the game just depends to be fair I had lines super short cause I left with a few min left in the game and some where it's going to be a bit since the trains fill fast
Honestly depsite that the train to me is the best option but hopefully this helps a bit

Don't need to buy a parking pass in advance you can buy them when you pull in, but they did the price to 60 bucks for on site parking lot E at least

For NFL games they need to be bought in advance (at least according to the site, I've never tried to get in without having one to see if it's enforced).
