Don't be a total dick. The OP hasn't lived in JC even if they've lived in NYC. If you live Downtown you may not need a car but if you live in Society Hill you sure as shit do.

I'm pretty sure most people are able to figure out that if they live in an area not near anything, they might need transportation. If OP is too stupid to know that, then I think they have bigger problems.
