Peanut butter and jelly chicken, a recipe my family invented. Baked chicken parts coated in peanut butter mixed with soy sauce, duck sauce, ginger and garlic. Side of mixed brown and red rice, probably steamed broccoli or cauliflower, and of course a challah roll because it's Shabbat.
It has to be Gold's duck sauce, it bears no resemblance to the syrupy crap in the packets that come with takeout. Alternative is apricot or peach jam.

I got Taco Bell and it was a disappointment. They ran out of Baja blast and my steak Crunchwrap supreme was made with chicken. Was too hungry to go back and get it sorted.

I appreciate that recommendation. I hesitate though because I've tried to quit Indian food in general. I only eat it when I'm in Jo Square and late to eat lunch. The problem is I have a total food coma after eating it and the rest of my day is ruined. Haven't indulged since they stopped the buffet due to Covid.
Come on Rasoi bring back the weekday lunch buffet and ruin my afternoons!!!

I did last night... super good! Used Uber Eats. I had Hudson Special Roll and McQueen Special Roll. Was hoping they'd put the shrimp tempura in every piece, but worth it.
