I have had it both ways. One time I saw John Stewart at Target and the person I was with said, “look it’s John Stewart!”, as he was getting a shopping cart and I had the frame of mind to immediately say, “let’s leave him alone he’s shopping” and just as I said it he looked up and did the little Robert Redford head nod in appreciation.
