Is it illegal to fish them out by hand? If I wont get arrested, i'll do it tomorrow evening.

Well it is very cold water, very slippery, and you probably would t have proper safety gear. Im not sure if it would be trespassing but the fence and wall kind of imply “do not cross”.

Maybe if you used a rope and a hook to catch them and pull them up?

Looks like some of them are still locked together, might be able to get a bunch at once but I also echo the caution of the slippery rocks. Otherwise definitely not illegal.

Such logic is why so many people suffer, imo. Its not wrong, to think someone is better equipped, but why wait.
