Have people been getting their rent increased too? I’ve heard increases in jersey city is crazy.

Rent is nuts. I used to live at 90 Columbus and was paying 3,045 since 2018. They never raised it. I just moved out and when they re-listed my unit they increased the rent to 3,650.
