I don’t think that’s it. It’s louder away from the light rail. Like towards the post office.

not lightrail. Railroad. i hear it all over JSQ. i live in Mcginnley Square and you can hear it here as well. Depends on time. Weight of trains. Weather etc etc. You will get used to it.
