Is $5.99/each for 4 oz wild caught lobster tail from Shoprites considered as a good deal? Let me know what you think! Submitted by EksXxx t3_zf8uev on December 7, 2022 at 6:16 PM in jerseycity 28 comments 19
imaluckyduckie t1_izan1we wrote on December 7, 2022 at 6:35 PM That's $23.96 per lb, which is pretty decent especially considering you don't have to buy in bulk Permalink 20 pixel_of_moral_decay t1_izb2uk8 wrote on December 7, 2022 at 8:19 PM $12.99 for 4oz lobster tail at Whole Foods (just checked price at Columbus Circle online). Which means market price is $5-6 regionally. $7.99 is “most people in urban areas don’t have an alternative so we can charge extra” pricing. So yea. This would be a deal assuming it looks fresh.
