I can't speak to the specific building but are you comparing it to other walk ups or luxury building? Is it on a garden level or 3-4 story walkup? Anything above a couple of floors gets a discount for all the stairs you have to walk. Also if it's a basement/garden apartment it will be cheaper because it will be prone to flooding. Would not recommend if that is the case.

It has multiple trap houses. Gangs patrolling all 4 corners of the block. I’ve also heard it was haunted.

I have friends that used to live there. They lived there for a long time and didn’t have many complaints. There’s some times some riff raff that hangs out in the park across the street, but they’re generally harmless

I’m certain it was happening in the 80s / 90s / 2000s, but I’ve walked home alone at night probably hundreds of times over the past 8 years and have never felt uncomfortable. So I’m just wondering if I’ve somehow been missing it recently lol.
