New renders were released and it seems the developer (Veris formerly Mack-Cali) is serious about finishing the phases. May break ground this year or 2024.

Thanks for the info! I missed the release of new renders, I guess. I do wonder if the predicted downturn in housing and rental levels may now factor into their plans.
