Pizzeria Las Americas on Warren makes fresh orange juice. You can order any size you want. Is Subia’s still around? They used to make fresh juices.

I second that, I've been to their location in LIC in Queens, and they have items on sale occasionally, but they can still be pricey.

Still ongoing but I'm looking at 8-9months. I'm at the tail end of it.

Better regulation is needed since all this nonsense is legal.

It’s obviously in the small print, especially if it’s a large corporation doing this.

Disguised rent increase
Similar to how hotels add mandatory resort fee so they can publish a lower room rate.
Forget whatever bullshit names they’re using to nickel and dime you. Just look at the total cost and that’s your true monthly rent.

If that were the issue rents in NYC would be cratering as all the rich people moved out. Yet NYC rents are much higher than here.

Definitely recommend Merlin as others have said. And then eBird once you get going to track your progress and be a bit more advanced with it!
Otherwise Merlin coupled with a solid pair of binoculars will have you pretty fluent in no time.

Ok, I admit that it's been a while, my younger is a college Junior! But we always found 'children's museums' better than LSC until they were at least preteens.

So, a 13 month old is 1. You would also say a 23 month old is 1. The developmental difference between a baby who just turned 1 and is about to turn 2 is MASSIVE and absolutely changes what types of activities will be available/fun for them.

LSC has redone their second floor now (not sure how long it’s been since you went) and it is very cute and fun. I’d say a lot of LSC appeal for younger kids, (I took my nanny kid starting from age 14 months), Is fun in the way everything is fun for them: everything is brand new, interesting, exciting. Not necessarily because they care about how trains work or how honey is made but cuz hey… it’s fun to look at a glass pane full of bees
