My 2 cents after living in jc more than a decade. The juice you get at Wonder bagel ( Bergen Ave) are from the oranges that are near end of their life. Mostly sourced from the vegetables stores adjacent to the store. Also sometimes when the juicer machine is not gentle on them , it catches part of the peel and juice becomes slightly bitter.

My suggestion is to get a manual juicer from dollar store ( under 5$), cut oranges in half and make your own juice. It hardly takes 5-10 mins and you get half the price. Experiment with different kinds or oranges such as Florida Juice oranges ( they are hard to peel but perfect for juice).

Also those laws are absolutely applicable to tow companies that tow off of private property. That’s the whole point of them. “The amended Act regulates tows from private property, and tows initiated by law enforcement, without the prior consent of the vehicle’s owner or operator.”

If this is something that has been going on for many years, then I will take your word for it, I almost never go to ShopRite or Target so I would not know. The recent uptick of posts like this on the Reddit made me think this is a recent and new issue. However, it doesn’t mean the tows aren’t illegal.

I'm not going to bat for the tow company. But to think that the multi million dollar developer who owns this parking lot has a mistake in their tow signage is laughable. They have been having cars towed out of this parking lot for decades. I was towed out of it in 2008 or 2009. You clearly are not familiar with this area or this parking lot at all. As I said before, anyone who has lived in Jersey City more than a week knows that if you park illegally in this parking lot, you will get towed immediately.

I already said if it's not their tow company and it was a random tow company cruising then OP has a case. But it's more likely the multi million dollar developer who owns the lot has a tow company on standby 24/7 watching cameras.

Got my Invisalign at Heights Orthodontists on Central Ave and was quoted for $5K. Staff is super friendly and great experience. Only thing I can say I don't like about them are there business hours.

Closed on Tuesday, open Wednesday, closed on Thursday. Not bad just weird schedule but probably beneficial for the staff.

You are overcomplicating this. These laws you are citing don't apply if this is the tow company that the property owner has hired. Anyone who has lived in Jersey City for more than a week knows that you will get towed if you park illegally in this lot.

ShopRite doesn't own the parking lot. But their landlord does. And their landlord hires the tow company to patrol their private parking lot. They have every right to do this. There are literally signs all over this parking lot. If this was the tow company that the property owner hired then OP is SOL.

It's always on when driving but you can turn it off when parked. It drains about 1% battery every two hours, and even faster if it is parked on a busy street. So no guarantees it was on.

The NJDEP plans https://folsp.org/dep_plans_slides.pdf for the interior nature habitats and miles of paths at 60% designed and it’s process going forward with consultants making recommendations for the 61 acres of active recreation and other improvements are in the six slides that the DEP released and which they would have shown in poster exhibits if the billionaire and his funded surrogates had not gotten the governor to cancel the open house last week. please check out the slides when you get a chance! these plans are being opposed by the billionaire and his funded surrogates who want the sports and entertainment complex. The billionaire’s plans are at https://dep.nj.gov/wp-content/uploads/liberty/lsp4all-exhibit-d-liberty-state-park-master-plan.pdf they are pushing for a 7000 seat commercial concert venue, 5000 seat and 2500 seat stadium and 2000 seat hockey rink.
