You could try T and K Mechanical, who are based in Quincy.

When I had oil I always used Alvin Hollis in Weymouth. They were consistently a little higher in price per gallon than others (which obviously isn’t ideal right now) but their service is excellent. They came out within 2 hours on a Sunday morning in January when my heat went out.

Had good luck with Williams Energy in Braintree a few years ago.

For Steam I cannot recommend New England Steamworks enough. Steam is kind of its own thing and a lot of guys out there won't admit they don't know it well. Granted it can be difficult to get on their schedule sometimes because they're so busy. I've also heard good things with APB Plumbing & Heating and Brow Oil.
