You can contact Tufts directly to get info on who takes that plan. In fact, there may be an emergency mental health number on the back of your card as well. You would do better finding someone if you can find out who takes that insurance first. Good Luck

Yeah I did that already. But when I contact the people on the list they gave me, I’m told they only accept the commercial plans. Thanks though

This reminds me of recently getting new insurance after moving to Mass only to find out no general practice doctors on the list of network providers are actually taking new patients without a subscription fee. And that’s just the doctors I could actually reach with the largely out of date contact info I was given.

So broken.

Ask folks to fill out the out of network form! It’s easy, and tufts has been approving all of them because barely anyone is in network with tufts public.

Well then why are they offering it? Is this another healthcare connector failure? Mass Health covers it, so why can't Tufts public? Especially when they force you to get health insurance and your caught in that area of making too much to get MH, but not enough for apparently a decent health plan.

The tufts offering is just newer, and it has switched operating groups. Theoretically it’ll get better. Their reimbursement rate is decent.
