Does anybody know what happens if you’re licensed in Massachusetts with speed camera tickets from Rhode Island, and you don’t pay them or fight them in court?

Yeah, you're going to want to go ahead and pay for the infraction. Much easier in the long run.

More likely it will affect getting the car registration renewed rather than a driver's license. Speed and Red Light camera infractions are not moving violations since they are automated (no cop) and can not definitely determine who was driving. They can only identify the car plate so the ticket will be linked to the car rather than the driver.

"all of them"? How many do you have? Have you considered not driving too fast if you know you are going to have an automated system clock you and issue a ticket?

If RI reports the infraction to MA RMV, it may prevent you from renewing your license.
