I think if nobody is hurt, you only have to get the report to the RMV if the damage is going to be exceed $1000.

Either way, Thursday/Saturday/Sunday definitely won't count towards those five days. If the crash was on Wednesday and the RMV branches were open Friday, you're on day 2 today.
