Wondering if it is suitable for skiing yet. I hiked up mid January last year but I’m a little impatient this year, and I’m from CT so I have no idea how things look.

Gotta be plenty on greylock. I’m in colrain at only a bit over 1,000 ft elevation and I’ve got a foot snow here.

I live on the road to Mt Greylock only a few miles but i'M not a ski'er

I imagine with all the trees down hill is hard,do people mostly cross country ski there?

Yes it’s a good spot for XC skiing, there are a few established trails
