For a lot of us buying a house is just a pipe dream at this point in most of the country, but I feel that renting should always be an available option especially if you live far from Boston and the surrounding areas where you'll be paying up the Wazoo for a decent rental apartment. But I'm starting to notice that even in places like the North Shore inventory is not only extremely expensive, but also very little. Am I the only one feeling this pressure? my landlord is raising my rent but the more I look the less available rentals I see, which also coincides with our current rental prices, I'm always worrying about getting kicked out of this apartment because I truly won't have anywhere else to go, I can maybe find an apartment with the same rental price but coming up with first last and security deposit of the means spending thousands of dollars just to move into an apartment that means wiping my savings which you never feels good. How are you guys handling this am I tripping or is everybody feeling the same pressure?
