What state or region is this located? (Most Symmons stuff shows up in the Northeast, elsewhere it's much more selective, usually commercial.)

St. Louis, MO, USA. I had never seen anything like this before. I thought it was super great so I could prep my friend's shower without worrying about scalding her skin!
