Dash & Lily is a very cute mini series set around NYC at Christmas time. I didn’t even know there as supposed to be a second season, the ending is definitely satisfying.

Yes, it’s based on a book and so has a definitive ending. Plus, if you want to spend more time with the characters, you can continue the book series!

Not on your list but Breaking bad has a great ending. DARK on Netflix is also an amazing show that ends satisfyingly after 3 seasons.
