What are some of the standard movie tropes or cliches that you can’t stand to see used? Maybe because they’re unrealistic or corny or just plain overdone?
For instance… I hate when a movie ends with the character or characters sitting in the back of an ambulance with blankets over their shoulders. They could be covered in cuts and bruises and potential internal injuries but nah, don’t get an IV in them or take them to the hospital, just throw a blanket around their shoulders and let them have a happy ending moment with another character!
Or along the same lines, when a character calls 911 and the first thing they say is “Hello 911?!” … I realize it’s a dialog thing done to let us know who the person we’re watching is calling… but it’s so unrealistic considering when 911 answers the first thing they say is “911 What’s your emergency” or something similar!
