I had Breezeline fiber installed in my house a little under two weeks ago.
I am now on my 4th multihour downtime, and 3rd service appointment. The modem seems to just...fuck off for 1-12 hours.
Not a very good way to start a co sumer relationship, especially as I have yet to even pay their first bill.

Did you skip the second, third and fourth bill also? If so that may explain the downtime
