Best Mexican is El Rincon in Manch. A Mexican restaurant run by white people shouldn’t even be in the running for best Mexican food.

My Guatemalan MIL thought Cortijo was the most authentic Latin food she had while in VT. Haven't been to El Rincon, but will give it a go. Thanks.

Hope you enjoy! If you’re looking for something quicker/takeout check out Taqueria y Pastelitos, Antojitos Colombianos, or Rita Supermaket. All super delicious and authentic spots for hispanic food in Manchester.
