Signs along I-93 by Exit 4

Saw some signs in the woods today overlooking the highway, on the londonderry side of the highway. Didn't catch what they were, and not finding any discussion online. Said something about the FBI and Xi Jinping. Anyone know what they said?

The ones linked are all over the western side of the state through Vermont way out to New York.
