Depends. Where I am in a small pocket in southern NH, it is very rural, no highway access nearby. I think I might buy a house here, but I'm thinking about the future and wanting to be away from future developments.

Yes, it's hard to tell the best place to live because there is so much going on in NH

The way single family housing zoning mandates force developments to spread farther and farther out. This reality might be difficult to achieve unless your wealthy enough to afford to live that far.
