Um, UFO?

Sorry if this isn't allowed (using rif so navigating pages is weird) but I'm a little freaked out and wondering if anyone else saw what I just saw. I'm in Conway, and while driving home maybe 40 minutes ago I saw what I can only describe as a flying saucer. It was a traditional saucer shape with a rounded done on the top. Very large - too large to be a drone - and hovering, not moving in any direction. It reminded me of a carnival ride. I was driving so didn't get a very good look but I lost sight of it behind some trees, came out and saw it still hovering, passed by some trees again, and when I came back through it was just... gone. I feel like I'm going crazy. Anyone seen or heard anything? Again, sorry if this is out there. I'm just trying to ease my mind. 😅 Thanks in advance.

I feel like I've seen these talked about before where they're some kind of balloon cell tower? I was to believe though. Lol

It would make sense with how it disappeared since it's so cloudy, but it was honestly the least aerodynamic thing I've ever seen in my life 🤣 I do too, but not at the risk of abduction lmao Editing to add thank you so much for the information because logic makes me feel better I appreciate you

I was once out hiking, and the blue sky overhead had a few little puff balls of clouds. I saw what I can only describe as a “bright star” moving across the sky. I thought it was probably an airplane that was catching the sunlight. It went into one of the small clouds, and didn’t come out! I sat there watching for it to emerge from the cloud for what what seemed like a few minutes, wondering “what the heck?”. Then suddenly, the bright star shot straight up out of the cloud in a spiraling motion and quickly disappeared. To this day, I can’t explain what I saw. I’m an amateur astronomer, so I’m pretty certain it was any kind of astronomical or meteorological phenomena. It makes a good story though!

I actually came across the “Betty and Barney Hill Abduction” state historical marker on Hwy 3 in Indian Head a few weeks ago. It was dusk, and it actually gave me the creeps just driving thru there lol.

Do weather balloons typically have lights? Honest question is never actually seen one before

Editing to add (thanks google) that it looks like weather balloons typically only reflect light, don't have lights attached. I saw this an hour after sunset. So experimental military craft is winning 😂

My bf suggested it might have been one of those super big drones people use for professional photography, and someone just wrapped it in Christmas lights. So far that feels the most likely. Especially considering I only saw it for 30-45 seconds before it disappeared - like they just turned the lights off.

But I mean, aliens are cooler. 🤣
