Asking for budget purposes. I’m going to be renting a 3rd floor 500-600 sq ft studio that has water Included next April. Rent is on the cheaper side of 800~ a month. Heating is force air electric. I do work from home so that will up the electricity bill but I do have the luxury of my company’s office being 10 minutes away. Making the effort to go in will not be a problem.

What would the electric bill look like?? And any good wifi services you guys would recommend?

Also, if it makes the difference, typically in the winter the heat is at 60-65 degrees from most of the places I’ve lived in.
