Party scene?

Heading to New Haven for my 23rd, I'm hoping to get a hotel room with some girlfriends and go bar hopping. I've been seeing a lot of recommendations for Crown St and Orange St on here. Looking for bars and clubs within walking distance, any recs appreciated!

With in walking distance of where?

Just stay on crown and the intersecting streets down town you’ll be fine. Its a small city so if you have to uber anywhere it won’t be much.

Crown street is great. You have Geronimo which is a tequila bar that has good energy at night, Via across the street, and BAR right next to it. BAR is the best for dancing club vibes. And pizza fresh out of the brick oven. Around the corner is Pacifico. It’s my favorite area for a late night out drinking, since everything is so close and it feels relatively safe.

Get to te amo tequila for their happy hour to pregame and I highly recommend Geronimo and bar. Another great spot is baracuda (unmatched happy hour) but it’s a little far from crown

Stella Blues is a decent dive bar. Sometimes has live music, small pool table in the back. Deck in the back if you smoke. Cover is usually 10 bucks. There are some interesting places up State St in the East Rock area. But I'd stay around Temple, College, Crown, Chapel, etc.

There are so many I wouldn't know where to start. Place 2 Be just opened but there might be kind of a wait to get in. It's known for bottomless drinks and very drunk people
