Our local Y has two pools one is cool and the other pretty damn warm. (Yes I know we’re privileged). Guess which pool always has the seniors working out?

If you’re in the Southern Monmouth area, check out Neptune High School.

$5 for rec and lap swimming, open to the public regardless of residence. Facilities are very nice, including the locker rooms and showers.
