Have you tired using LinkedIn? They have so many jobs especially in NJ for someone in the chemistry field. Maybe look at some colleges as well if he is interesting in teaching to.

Thank you! 😊 he applied to a bunch of the weekend. The only worry I have is they don’t specifically call out if they sponsor or not so it’s hard to know if they’re open to it.

They do if they need the person and I imagine that field is very specialized. But applying doesn’t hurt lol plus if recruiters see the resume is a perfect fit they will find something..
