New Jersey cops can smoke weed off duty, what are your thoughts?

Just curious how other New Jersey folks from all over think about this. This has OVERWHELMING support from all the police unions in New Jersey.

I think this is fantastic!!

P.S. I posted this in /r/police and the thread got locked in 12 hours.. 90% supported the new law.
