Negative. Most places won’t release the footage without a subpoena. So unless there was injuries this is kind of sunk.

Yep, understood, that's why I thought maybe insurance investigator might be an avenue to get it, bc they would know how to obtain it with all the legal i's dotted and t's crossed.
