I recommend calling ahead and trying to do a tour while they're running the bottling it canning line (not every brewery packages).

This was going to be my suggestion. Dark City and Kane breweries are really cool to look at.

Unfortunately, Dark City is no longer amongst us, but Kane is an awesome tour and facility to check out.
