Based on the damage to the car that looks like about 60-80mph.

The pictures of the crash scene show that the car flat out missed its turn jumped a curb flew through a guard rail and into trees.

This was less likely "distraction" and more likely flat out recklessness.

Speed has been determined to not be a factor. It was likely distraction or fatigue.

Modern cars are designed to take as much of the impact as possible which means they look REALLY messed up even at slower speeds. It also is a lot easier than you'd expect for a car to flip in an accident. Add in even a little fire and a relatively slow speed can look horrible.
