What's wrong with California? Seriously I have some dislike for Amazon. But you can't tell a private business how to do business.

Amazon has every right to tell a 3rd party seller. Hey if your offering your products at a lower price on a competitive website. You need to offer that same price on our site. And if you don't. Your not going to get full exposure.

Personally seems a bit doubtful / I'd lean in the direction of some crew were probably just shooting live rounds in the desert as they were bored/nothing to do & one of those guns made it on set

You're making a hell of a lot of assumptions here. As u/rx_bandit90 said - there is a process for dealing with situations like this. All we know is the family said they opened a gofund me - they shouldn't even need one. You could just as rationally assume they're trying to profit off her misfortune while planning the lawsuit.
