Maybe she was watching, but thought he was playing it up for the camera? Because didn’t she arrive early after he hit his head?

Probably. And she couldn’t have been watching the entire 5 hours, coz bathroom breaks, rest for the eyes.. good thing she at least saw him banging his head over and over again. Imagine, if she accidentally dozed off and no other friends witnessed the life stream?
