I agree 100%, is beneficial for both the employers and employees . The only people that unfortunately lose in this transactions are business owners near office areas.

It’s unfortunate for those business owners but perhaps we should change the buildings in the area into affordable housing instead

Or at the very least to keep it hybrid , when they can actually gather around during important meetings and projects maybe once a week
