Hire a cleaning crew and a cop here and there to take care of all the whateverheads (crack is rare now) and it’ll be fine, New York is turning into LA without the nice weather

Not even close IMO. Is true that there are more druggies in the East coast from DC to Boston now , specially post pandemic . But I don’t think is even close to anywhere in the west coast like LA, SF, Seattle , etc
