I’d let it go. MTA employees are only human like the rest of us and these things just happen. You’re fine and probably wouldn’t get much without a fight anyways.

Anybody would let it go if the driver just admitted the mistake or apologized. I don’t feel any empathy for a “human” who doesn’t have it.
